I can feel the panic attack coming in and oh man it’s going to be a doozy. Do I take a klonopin now to try to head it off, knowing that the pill will make me fuzzy at work? Or should I just let nature run its course. I guess I should probably take the pill and risk the fuzziness, huh?

My chest and back have been hurting for the past few days. It’s not a terrible pain, maybe a 5/10 at its very worst but usually hovering around 3. It feels like my rib cage needs to fall apart. So freakin strange. Gonna try to go back to bed now, but… It hurts and I can’t find any position that feels okay. D:
