My tattoo

so this is a wishbone tattoo that i got recently, and the more i look at it, the more i am unsure as to whether or not i rushed out and made a mistake. 
just wondering what your opinion on it is?
still trying to find awesome DC area artists, but it seems to me they’re all farther north or out west

Your tattoo looks good to me, but you might want to go a little lighter with the ointment. This will look less weird to you once you get used to it. It is a pretty small/simple design for your forearm so I would recommend adding more tattoos around it.

Anyone have good DC recs for this guy?

My sister has a great tattoo from Jinx Proof in Georgetown… I visited the shop once (when she was making her appointment) and I don’t love the environment, so I am not interested in getting one there, but they do really good work!

My preferred artist is Charon Henning at Marlowe Ink in Fairfax VA.
