Okay, so they’re at a masked ball, and for a moment I just thought she referred to the same person at one point as wearing a pulcinella mask (or as she calls it, Punchinello) and then later an arlecchino (harlequin) mask.

When I saw the harlequin reference I had to dig back about a chapter to find the Punchinello reference to confirm that they were not actually the same character. Punchinello had introduced the MC at the ball, but then the MC himself was harlequin. Thank goodness!

I probably would have been more angry about that than I am about anything else going on in this series? lolol.
